Welcome to Krishti Natural Life Care Pvt Ltd. By placing an order or engaging in business with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a transparent and smooth business relationship.

1. General Terms

• All products are manufactured and supplied as per agreed specifications and availability.
• Product images, descriptions, and samples are indicative and may vary slightly due to natural ingredients and production processes.
• The company reserves the right to update product specifications, pricing, and policies without prior notice.
• Orders once confirmed will be considered final and binding.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order size, location, and unforeseen circumstances.

2. Pricing & Taxes

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Applicable GST and other taxes will be charged as per government norms.
• Transportation, packaging, or special handling charges (if any) will be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Dispatch will be processed only after receiving the agreed advance payment.
• The company is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or external factors.
• Risk of goods transfers to the buyer once the material is dispatched.

4. Product Quality

• We ensure strict quality checks before dispatch.
• As our products are natural/herbal-based, slight variations in color, fragrance, or texture may occur and shall not be considered defects.

5. Liability

• Krishti Natural Life Care Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products.
• Buyers are advised to use products as per guidelines and intended purpose only.

6. Force Majeure

• The company shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond control such as natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government restrictions, etc.

7. Jurisdiction

• All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the company’s registered location.

8. Specific Conditions

• Payment: 75% advance at the time of order. Balance 25% before dispatch.
• No Return / No Refund / No Exchange – Except in case of proven manufacturing defect.
